NinjaZone Level Up Ceremony is tonight at 6pm
The Carpenter Center's Summer Day Camp program will kick off on June 1, 2021 and conclude on June 25, 2021. As with the 2020 camp, we will limit enrollment to provide the safest environment for our campers. Enrollment for 2021 will be limited to the first 40 children registered, with 20 available registrations open for Pre-K-2nd and 20 available for grades 3rd-5th.
Registration is open to all kids going into Pre-K through 5th Grade. Camp staff will assign your child to a session and notify you of your child's schedule the week of May 24th, 2021.
This year’s camp is centered around service to others (and encouraging intergenerational friendships), fun in the sun, and gardening/food sustainability. All positive ways to nourish our bodies, minds, and souls. There is no better place for kids to connect, make new friends, try new things, and discover their potential.
The Carpenter Center was started in 1996 and is a 501 (c) 3 organization.
The mission of the Corporation is to establish “The Terry and Hazeldeane Carpenter Intergenerational Center as a recreational and educational facility, whose primary service area is Scotts Bluff County, Nebraska, and its surrounding communities. The Center offers its programs primarily, but not exclusively, to parent’s children, and elderly who lack the financial resources to access existing educational and recreational opportunities.”
